This page is written to explain the commercial rules of the service clearly. It is not legal advice.
1. Service overview
Contractors Jobs monitors publicly available online sources and uses software filters to identify posts that appear to request contractor, home-service, repair, maintenance, moving, cleaning or related local services. Depending on your plan, we may provide alerts, lead previews, dashboards, webhook delivery, routing tools and related support.
We do not create the underlying third-party posts, represent the people who publish them, guarantee that any request is accurate, available or exclusive, or guarantee that a customer will respond, hire you or complete a project.
2. Public-source data
The service is based on public or publicly accessible third-party content. We may summarize, classify, filter, enrich and route that content, but ownership and responsibility for the original post remain with the third-party publisher and source platform.
You are responsible for using lead information lawfully, respectfully and in compliance with applicable platform rules, privacy laws, advertising laws, do-not-contact rules and professional licensing requirements.
3. Accounts and billing
You must provide accurate account, contact and billing information. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled through the billing portal or another method we make available.
Fees are charged through Stripe. Taxes, payment processing rules, failed payments, renewals, cancellations and disputes may be handled by Stripe and by the subscription terms shown at checkout.
4. Contractor alert plans
Contractor alert subscriptions are for receiving monitored public requests that match your selected markets, categories and settings. Coverage may expand, contract, pause or change as sources, selectors and monitoring reliability change.
You may use alerts for your own business operations, but you may not resell, redistribute, scrape, publish or package the alert feed as a standalone data product unless your plan expressly allows it.
5. Agency Feed permitted use
The Agency Feed is intended for agencies and operators who package lead delivery, lead routing, managed response, CRM automation or related services for their own contractor clients. Your agency controls its client agreements, pricing, outreach practices and customer relationships.
Unless we agree in writing, you may not use the Agency Feed to build, operate, advertise or sell a product or service that is substantially similar to Contractors Jobs itself, including a public contractor lead marketplace, raw lead feed, monitored-source database, alert subscription platform, webhook feed reseller, or competing source-monitoring service.
You may not resell raw access to our feed to other agencies, brokers, data vendors or platforms; remove or obscure source context in a misleading way; reverse engineer our monitoring methods; bulk export for database building; or use the feed to train, benchmark or operate a competing lead-detection system.
6. Lead quality and availability
Leads are provided as-is. Some posts may be duplicates, outdated, misclassified, incomplete, spam, removed by the source platform, outside your preferred territory, or no longer available by the time you view them.
We may filter out sources, markets or categories when they become unreliable, restricted, abusive, low quality or commercially impractical to monitor.
7. Responsible contact
You are solely responsible for how you contact people, how often you contact them, what you say, and whether your outreach complies with applicable laws and platform rules. Do not harass, spam, misrepresent your identity, imply an endorsement from Contractors Jobs, or contact anyone where doing so would be unlawful.
8. Webhooks and integrations
If you use webhooks, you are responsible for your endpoint security, storage, access controls, client routing, downstream tools and compliance obligations. We may disable endpoints that fail repeatedly, appear abusive, create security risk or violate these Terms.
9. No warranties
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, accuracy, completeness, exclusivity, deliverability and business results to the fullest extent allowed by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Contractors Jobs will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, reputational harm, indirect damages, consequential damages, special damages or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or operational risk, failed to pay, abused the service, harmed source platforms or users, or used the service in a way that competes with or undermines Contractors Jobs beyond the permission granted by your plan.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted or presented at checkout means you accept the updated Terms.
